Service GuaranteeiSYS guarantees to provide all service, data storage, training, upgrades in software (upon availability) at no additional costs for the term of your agreement. All diagnostics and upgrades will be done remotely. In case a monitoring device is defective, at no fault of the customer, iSYS will replace the unit at no charge. |
